Dr. Johnathan Lam has been practicing optometry at FYidoctors Nanaimo since 2001. He is a past president of BC Doctors of Optometry, and he has years of experience providing eye exams to rural and remote communities in BC.
Dr. Shea Colpitts has been practicing optometry at FYidoctors Whistler for the last 15 years and has years of experience providing eye exams to rural and remote communities in BC and across the world.
Dan Gadassi has been a partner for the last 10 years at NW Optical Canada, dedicated to bringing clear vision and committed to providing personalized eye care services.

As part of our commitment to cultural safety and humility, our team is training in Indigenous Cultural Safety through the San'yas training. This course has provided us with valuable insights into engaging with First Nations communities in a respectful and culturally safe way. We approach each patient with respect, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the cultural context in which they live. We have much to learn but are committed to our learning journey.
